Set of Two Original Gouache & Encaustic Paintings
A colorful pair of original pelican paintings, Regal Pelican and Boho Pelican, created in gouache and finished by hand with luminous encaustic wax.
These two one-of-a-kind paintings were created to complement one another, pairing expressive white pelicans with bold, unexpected color.
Regal Pelican stands tall against vibrant chartreuse green and turquoise, with a wonderfully long coral-pink and golden beak.
Boho Pelican has a slightly more relaxed personality, set against rich mustard gold and brilliant blue with a playful pink and orange beak.
Together, their contrasting backgrounds and coordinating colors create a lively, collected look. Hang them side by side as a small diptych, give them a little breathing room between one another, or incorporate them into a colorful gallery wall.
