Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and protective packaging.

Return Shipping and Refunds

Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Returns must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. I will provide a prepaid return label when necessary and work with you to provide a replacement, when available, or a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. If you would like a different available item, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.

Custom and Personalized Artwork

Custom commissions and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
