Standing quietly among colorful marsh grasses, Marsh Heron captures the calm presence and watchful nature of one of the wetland's most recognizable birds. Rich blues, soft lavenders, warm ochres, and expressive brushwork create a contemporary interpretation inspired by the beauty of coastal marshes and inland waterways.

I wanted to offer something more than a paper print, so each piece is individually mounted, hand-finished with cold wax, framed, and signed by the artist. The result is a reproduction that carries a little of the character and presence of the original painting.
